Two buildings were demolished and construction of new nine-storey office and a retail scheme of Concrete and steel frame with Portland stone façade and bronze windows. A mixture of old and new. Approximately 2,043m2 of offices and 492m2 of retail accommodation on the ground and lower floors.
The result is an almost sculptural, monolithic elevation of light Portland stone, using Limetec’s Natural Lime mortar, and crafted from two varieties of natural Portland stone and framed with bronze surrounds.
